E Collect Facility

 

The school has started the system of online payment of fees.  Parents to pay the school fee Online with effect from April 2016.

 

Late fee: if fee is not paid by due date, late fee will be charged as under:

If fee and fine is not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.

 

Only for New Admission students

 

School fees will be collected by the STATE BANK OF INDIA, NDA BRANCH, quarterly between 10.30hrs to 15.30hrs on all working days and on Saturdays between 1030hrs to 1300hrs. If the payment is made in cheque, the student details (which should include his/her Class, Section and Mobile number) must be written overleaf.

 

In case the fee bill is lost or spoilt a duplicate fee bill can be obtained from the School office on payment of Rs.20/-

 

Parents are expected to keep the counterfoil safely with them and produce it whenever required by the school for verification.

 

In case of loss of parent's copy of the fee slip , original school copy of fee slip will not be issued from School office for claim of CEA.

 

Cheque Payment: parents having Savings Bank account with SBI, NDA Branch can pay their ward's fees by Cheque.

 

Outstation Cheques /Cheques of other banks are not acceptable.
